This is usually my go-to Culver's but something is up here. I've worked in fast food/customer service my whole life so I give some things the benefit of the doubt. For instance, I know our visit was about 630pm on a Saturday which was probably after a long day and dinner rush. However, what I saw was a sad attempt at recovery in this location. When entering to order, the young order taker was getting items ready and didn't even greet me and my husband. We stood back thinking he was doing things until WE had to ask if he was ready to take our order. No, "Hi are you ready?" Or "I'm ready to take the next person in line"...nothing. Secondly, he seemed exhausted and like he didn't want to be there so the ordering experience was lackluster and when I looked back at our receipt he didn't even specify the items on my veggie burger properly. Trying to get a table in a barely busy place was shocking and it was only because every single table was dirty and no one was making an attempt to clean up the tables. The only thing I saw being cleaned was trash being taken out. I'm not kidding when I say there was a couple of big families and some couples and the 90% of seats left were all dirty so we found the cleanest one and wiped it down ourselves. Next just seemed like exhausted/laziness when it came to getting our order. I had paid for a side sauce that I had to ask the worker for, no apology for that, and there were items on my veggie burger I didn't even ask for even though there were specifications on my ticket. The food is still Culver's good here! We'll give them that but then I was even more disappointed that the one thing I came for...the Lemon Berry Layered Cake Flavor of the day.... I asked for extra cake pieces, extra cake pieces were on my order, but I did not receive extra cake pieces. I had to go up and ask and instead of getting an apology when I was asking if I could get it remade or more cake pieces on the side what seemed like a shift manager/lead person came over and acted like I was being difficult and interrupted me and abruptly asked "do you just want cake pieces on the side?" Of course, that's what I was asking for and was happy to get those. I was just so disappointed that they had so many staff members that there were in small groups just standing around laughing at their phones not even being given tasks. I know and understand most of this staff are kids and that's where I give them a pass. But this location is clearly lacking in leadership and that's what's making me hesitant to come back when I've had 10x better experiences at other Culver's even on their busiest of days and peak times. I only leave this review as constructive feedback and hope to see...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal Culver’s customer for several years. I’ve visited this Culver’s the most out of the 3 in our area. I’ve ALWAYS received my food orders correct, fresh, hot, and most of all..DELICIOUS!! I would be very proud of my crew if I was the manager of ANY Culver’s restaurant. They’re doing something right during the hiring process because their employees are so much better than the other fast food places(we all know who they are). I’ve never had an incorrect order at ANY Culver’s!! Am I just lucky? I don’t think so.. I think your management is the reason. Culver’s is a bit more expensive than the other fast food places, but I don’t even consider you to be a “fast food” place AT ALL. Culver’s is a cut above all of the others. If I go to Other fast food places and ask for a “fresh cooked” burger they get an attitude and act like it’s a big imposition. They WILL do it but you have to be assertive with them. That’s why I love Culver’s SO MUCH! I NEVER have to ask to have my burgers “fresh cooked” because cooking everything FRESH is standard practice at Culver’s. Whenever I place my order I never have to worry if my burger was sitting under heat lamps or reheated in a microwave... I know it’s going to be FRESH!! GUARANTEED!! And your beef is VERY high quality! There are NO FILLERS added. You can taste how good Culver’s Beef is compared to the others! There’s a BIG DIFFERENCE!
I see some comments here from WHINERS about the long wait time for their food. If you had any sense at all you could figure out that since Culver’s prepares all of their food to order hence the longer wait. They even have a sign posted as a courtesy letting their customers know that their orders are made fresh and may take a while longer. If you impatient people want FAST FOOD and don’t want to wait, go to Other fast food places where they make the burgers ahead in batches and you can get your burgers real fast, but you’ll never know how long they’ve been sitting before they made them for you. The bottom line is that Culver’s does in fact cost a bit more than the others, but you’re getting the best available meat, Vegetables, and dairy products all from local companies and farmers. And, you don’t have to argue with anyone to get a fresh made burger off the grill. Culver’s already does that for us. Bless you, Culver’s!...
Read moreMy husband and myself went through the drive through at this location and had a horrible experience. We ordered a cod sandwich (lettuce, tartar sauce) and a single butterburger (lettuce, red/purple onion, tomato) no cheese all around, no sides or drinks. We were directed to park and wait for our order so we did, we waited for over 20 minutes. When our food finally came out, the cod sandwich was missing and the butterburger had grilled onions which weren't what was ordered. My husband went inside to get the order fixed, I waited in the vehicle. While my husband was inside a female employee came out to ask if we received our order, I said yes but my husband was inside getting it fixed since it was wrong two different ways. This employee responded with "But you got your food, right?" I said ".. um I guess?" And she walked away. When my husband came out to the vehicle with our food he described to me how chaotic it was inside, how employees were basically bumping into eachother behind the counter and the manager was speaking in a very rude manner. Most of the staff seemed to generally not care about anything. When my husband explained what was wrong with the butterburger the manager (we are assuming, employee in a full blue outfit) called it a "kids meal" which, it wasn't. Upon getting home the food was disappointing. Edible at best and not enjoyable. The butterburger was wrong, again, it had cheese on it. We ordered it without cheese to reduce sodium levels in the burger since I have a heart condition and need to make sure I'm intaking lower sodium levels, so scraping that off of my burger was just lovely. There were fries in the bag we didn't order, which, was for the same reasons as the lack of cheese on the food we ordered. And the cod sandwich had a rubbery texture. Never again, and im calling franchise relations tomorrow as soon as they open. Good luck to anyone who decides to go to...
