Never really leave reviews but this time it's warranted. I Have bought furniture here over the years. My first experience was great knowing Jaad since we were kids made my to purchase from here easier but the service has declined over the years. A couple of years ago I bought a mattress from here which within the 1st year ended up going bad. I didn't want to complain since I knew Jaad so I decided to leave it alone. We just recently bought a few items this year and decided to speak up over cosmetic damage upon arrival due to us spending about $5,000 over the years $2,200 just this year.

After a tense exchange over my new home having "uneven floors, their delivery driver's not being animals, and scratches do happen" which didn't need to be tense at all, we were told we would get a new replacement for the scratched up table and very uneven chair legs. The replacement TV stand came in a box and you could tell was new however the table and chairs that costed about $800 was swapped out with pre-built chairs and just the table top which lead me to believe that they swapped out the original table with just something else someone brought back as they had assembled the previous table and chairs in my home out of a box.

The new chairs we received came in worse condition were still uneven and now have cosmetic damage as opposed to the ones we original had which only had uneven legs.

The star rating for this location is inflated because Jaad will offer you a free rug if you leave a 5 star review. I wouldn't suggest buying a mattress or a table set from here their couches I've never had...

I want to start off by saying the gentleman running this store was super awesome. He was kind, explained everything to me, and did not follow me around while I was browsing which I really appreciate. The delivery was a nightmare. They delivered the wrong coffee and end tables (they did get the correct ones delivered in a timely manner), they built my kitchen table chairs on the table top and scratched up the table (that was fully replaced), the mirror on my dresser had a weird patch in it and one of the drawers was gouged (I was supposed to get a new dresser per the guy in the store but the installers just put in a new drawer and a new mirror, the biggest issue was they scratched my floors. In my bedroom the hardwood floors were just refinished and they did a bunch of damage. The remaining floors in my house is LVP and they put a few scratches in that too. Those didn't bother me too much and you really need to look for them but my bedroom did. The guy at the store had me email someone and they would get flooring people out to fix it but I never heard from the guy and when the installers came back they put some stain on it. Now that the stain has dried its incredibly blotchy, so unfortunately my bedroom floors don't look that good. There's some manufacturing issues with some of my furniture (my sectional and my tall dresser), but that's at no fault...

Rude! Scam! Beware! Left Awesome review while in store for free rug! Wasn’t an honest review, but I figured hay no huge deal + free Rug!!! HOWEVER that has COMPLETELY CHANGED!! Let me tell you why it’s a big deal!! .... Well was told that I could choose from two financing options, basically a two year installment loan or a 100 day same as cash! Of course I chose the 100 day same as cash! I picked that as to not affect credit and avoid gaining a ton of interest, I then asked did they report to the three major credit bureaus and was told YES! you will do the transaction and they will have paper work, however like find the queen card trick🙄 they are trained to divert your eyes and make the process fast! When I got home and took time to Truly read the contract .. they indeed HAD Put ME ON TWO YEAR INSTALLMENTS.. You have to call and ask the finance company to implement the 100 day same as cash!! NEVER DID THEY ONCE MENTION THIS! if I had not caught it within the cut off frame I would of been stuck paying triple for the furniture 😩 ..
