This is our third stop at this subway and the third time we have had poor service every time!! Once they were on their personal phones and too busy to serve us. One time they were so annoyed because my family of 5 all ordered separate subs. And today was the worst ever..slow and 2 sandwiches into our order for family of 5, I realize the computer isn't working. She says we will be unable to pay with credit card or cash because she can't ring it up or open the drawer and the only key is with the manager who is not coming in. So I offered her to give her cash for the 5 sandwiches based on prices on menu....but she can't figure out if this is ok...so we didn't have time to waste...so we left the 2 half-made sandwiches and left. Didn't wash her hands used hand sanitize. I asked for extra onions and her reply was very rude saying this is not an all-you-can-eat. I told her I did not want the sandwich and she started screaming with customers in the store. I later called to ask for her name to make a review she refused to give me her name I couldn't even get a word in because she was screaming. Read moreI live in a neighboring town. I will no longer go to this location. The manager running this location has her employees purposely not putting enough toppings on the sandwiches. On a footlong sub, subway standards are 6 tomato slices, 6 cucumber slices, etc. This location consistently gives less than subway's standards for toppings and you might get the standard if you ask for extra. The manager, when questioned about it, tells us that the toppings prices have gone up. Multiple times we have told her that one of us has worked for subway in the last 6 months, the standards have not changed due to price increases.
