Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Kentucky

Went through the drive through with my son and grandson and ordered few blizzard and I’m deaf in my right ear so I ask them to read it back to me because I thought he said small vanilla shake and he read it so fast I couldn’t understand him and was rude pull up and the lady was rude I asked her to read it again because I didn’t want them to make something I didn’t want. She got an attitude and I ask to speak to a manager she said I’m the manager I ask her if she was ok if she wanted to talk or if she was just having a bad day there wasn’t a single person there besides us. she said you were huffing and puffing. I said yeah you were rude. She then continued having an attitude and the man handing out the ice cream was even worse so I gave them the same attitude they were giving me and they didn’t like it. I know we have bad days and if you can’t handle people or getting annoyed for a simple request then food service isn’t for you....

Me and the girls from work take turns going to the restaurants that are all close to here where we work today we had shows McDonald's but decided we still wanted our milkshakes from our favor place so we went to Dairy Queen but the woman working was being very rude and just told us to pull around didn't give us a total and got aggravated because we ask to buy a side of ketchup to go with our fries she seemed to be totally ignoring the passenger in the car all together no matter how many times she politely would say ma'am and she even would make sighing noises she never once apologized or smiled and never did get us that side of ketchup we wanted to buy very poor customer service I even asked for her name she wouldn't give me a receipt her name or the managers made me think maybe she...

I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased.
