My visit to Waffle House was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was top-notch. The menu had a wide variety of options, but I decided to go with the classic All-Star Special. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was crispy, and the hash browns had just the right amount of crunch.
The waffles, of course, were the highlight of the meal. Golden brown and fluffy, they were everything I hoped they would be. Paired with a generous serving of syrup and a pat of butter melting on top, each bite was a little piece of heaven. The balance of sweetness and texture was spot on, making it clear why Waffle House has such a loyal following. I also appreciated the coffee, which was hot and robust, providing the perfect complement to my breakfast.
Overall, my experience at Waffle House was exceptional. The quality of the food, combined with the friendly service and cozy atmosphere, made for a memorable meal. Whether you're looking for a hearty breakfast or a late-night snack, Waffle House delivers on all fronts. I left feeling satisfied and already looking forward to...
Read moreOUR SERVER WAS HIGH AS A KITE. Pretty positive our server Cora was on METH this morning. When we sat down everything seemed okay, waffle house workers are always quirky. After we got our food, my brother asked "May I have some syrup?" She responded "I was getting to it, just haven't grabbed it yet" and kind of slung the syrup onto the table. I said "wow was that attitude?" To my husband. Cora came back over and asked me "would you like to see me on snapped?" I said "excuse me?" And Cora responded with a few sentences that were incoherent. This is when I started watching her because it had become very apparent she was on something. She couldn't stop moving her mouth when she wasn't talking, when she was talking her words were very slurred and gibberish and she was swaying all over the place. What made me sad is by the end of our meal we all noticed the other employees talking about her. If it's so obvious that an employee is HIGH AT WORK something should be done...
Read moreI was a little disappointed with this Waffle House trip. The restaurant was not busy, just had a few tables and a couple sitting at the bar. Table wasn't very clean, there were crumbs everywhere. Our server was very nice, seemed like she may have been new. My husband asked for sausage gravy on his hashbrowns and if they could be cooked crispy. They didn't have fresh gravy, no problem, they made a new batch but did not cook the hashbrowns crispy. Mine came crispy. He also asked for his waffle to be well done, when she brought it to the table it was definitely not well done. Actually was a little undercooked. It also looked like they used the last of the waffle mix because the waffle was smaller than usual and shaped funny. I don't expect to go to the Waffle House for a fancy meal, but basic breakfast foods are not that hard to cook. It's apparent they have never heard the term "presentation is...
