Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentucky

Used to love this pizza... however this time I am compelled to write a bad review over what is an obvious employee problem.

The wrong name was on the pizza. This caused an amount of confusion. (Employee clearly made a mistake) I just found a big nasty long hair cooked into the pizza on the last piece!!!!! I almost threw up... baked in. And we had already eaten all of the rest. I was charged almost $40 for 1 XL pizza when the deal should have been around $20. We got the works... but there were a bunch of stems and hard pieces on it from the banana peppers.

Piss poor employees... go to a different Giovanni's. Or Papa John's. Or my...

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and verified my address, an hour passes, and I call to see if they had an issue and when my pizza should be arriving, they stated that Google couldn't find my address, I gave them ample directions and even offered to meet the delivery driver somewhere they knew. 2 hours passed, and my pizza is finally delivered. Cold. Then the driver looks at me, rolls her eyes and says "what no tip? I just spent an hour looking for you, and you dont even have the decency to leave a tip." Rude service went there July 2024 the waitress was so rude to our granddaughter over olives then thought I would give them another try because the food was great so 2/21/25 I Ordered on line to try cauliflower crust the toppings offered includes hamburger bacon pepperoni green peppers which I chose the pizza was awesome so today 2/23/25 we called and ordered another the girl taking the order was so rude snapped my head off with we don't have hamburger after her rudeness I couldn't think straight to even order if you don't have an item take it off your web site and teach your employees some manners in...
