McDonald's — Restaurant in Kentucky

Me and my two year old twin girls were on a several hour travel. I had a check suppose to deposit that night and it had not yet , the girls were screaming they were hungry. We had stopped at the gas station because our tank was on E! and I had put my last $17 in and save three dollars and some change just enough to get the girls a cheeseburger. The girls were screaming and crying after we went in the gas station and they couldn’t get food or snacks. All the restaurants are closed on our travels. Finally the next exit from the gas station I found a McDonald’s that was open 24 hours so I went to place my order online so I could use some free food along with a little bit of change I had. Unfortunately I said it couldn’t place my order and talk to the employees why I pull up and realize the drive-through is closed so I pulled as close as I could and I normally always take the girls inside but I didn’t want them to get their hopes up and not get food and I asked her you know the app isn’t work and I have two hungry toddlers can we get some food or are they closed? She said they could only accept cash. no cash at all the little bit of change I have is on a car. I was ready to cry I was so defeated and I had two screaming babies in the car who are hungry. The lady stopped me and she said you know what I got you. I will take care of your food. She asked what they wanted. I said you know just fine and she said oh no when they like some happy meals she got them each a cheeseburger happy meal with apple juices and she even had a kind of hard to ask if I want I kindly rejected, but I cried after leaving there of tears of joy. My two toddlers were so happy to get a happy meal and a soft little stuffed animal toy with it that every little bite of food in the smiles on their face the rest of the home priceless. This lady had no idea how hard and long of a day I had or how much I was struggling financially or mentally she literally saved me and my children I don’t remember the last time anyone has did something so sweet or kind for me. The gas station before watched my girls cry their eyes out as I counted every bit of change I had praying I had enough gas to make it home. All these babies wanted was food. I felt like such a failure as a mother and was at my lowest. I didn’t catch her name but jt was about 12:30 am long blonde hair . Love I hope you see this review and I want you to know you saved me and my babies lived tonight and made me actually cry from such a blessing at the most needed time. The food wasn’t good anyways, We ordered a Cripsy Spicy Chicken Sandwich and didn’t even get that. My brother ordered a happy meal and it didn’t put a smile on his face. They didn’t give any of that either. No happy meal, no happiness. He was heart broken to not even get a happy meal and i don’t mean just the box but all the contents inside. I met a man waiting for food as well and he was waiting for 15 minutes on two sandwiches. Didn’t tell me what sandwiches but he asked multiple times for them because he was on a job still. He asked the manager and the manager just looked at him and said, “Oh, they don’t have it up yet.” Then he turned around and kept distance. The man waited five more minutes and I got to talking to him and he asked a second time to an Employee and she just was like oh I don’t see it. He already gave her his receipt and then she saw it and was like oh I’ll go work on that. She took the receipt with her too not letting him keep it for proof. We got our food and left impatiently. We got down the street and I looked in the bag and we only got two items we ordered. We got a basket of fries and Strips to try. The strips weren’t good at all and not flavor I mean the texture was over cooked and stuck together. I feel bad for the man that was waiting that I met. I’ve worked fast food before and it was way more organized than that. There was no management and no watch on anything. I watched the girl swipe a customers frappe and then say she spilt and made another one to give the customer. After that the girl ‘spilt’ the fries as well and scooped them into her hand. She walked back and forth shoving fries down her mouth. Probably not the only food she took too. I mean you may get hungry but what is the calorie intake because she was munching. I wouldn’t come here to be honest. If you can avoid this location do so and you won’t have a bad experience. Mid day isn’t bad but later at night it gets bad and I understand it being slow but not 15 min for 2 sandwiches or not giving...

I'm a doordash driver got there at 12:15 got told they couldn't make my order period because machines was down even when their machines come back up it wasn't going to be on there which I know is a lie the same McDonald's like 3 days prior to that the machines was down I waited about 15 to 20 minutes and they brought my food out without me telling them a name or what it was got a hold of doordash support I stayed on the phone with her while she called them four times they never answered and I was looking in the window and they just walked by the phone and you could tell they was in there talking about it flat out lazy and everyone in there needs to be fired on the McDonald's side earlier that day when I pulled up to the window a few of the young ladies in there look like they was high on something and said what's up soon as she comes to the window I don't think that's a way to approach customer at a window plus she act like she didn't even know her own name I would never order my food for me or my family from this location an anyone I Kno I will tell to stay away point blank. Had another doordash out there tonight they had the line clothes with cones then I walked inside and they said they're closed then a little blonde headed girl walks outside says something I only caught two words it was f* doordash and she went and got the cones out of the drive-thru we drove through the drive-thru after that for them to tell us that they can take our order after we done canceled it they're shutting the door down when they're not supposed to be this is a bad business I will skip all orders from now on from this poorly ran whatever u call it because it's a clown show there not a business I also contacted doordash support and let them know what you guys are doing out there and took pictures and hopefully something...
