Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kentucky

This is by far the worst establishment in the city of Irvine Ky, the management the staff are very lacking in customer service, Beth was so flustered she couldn't keep a straight thought, one young man was very over dramatic flailing his arms and basically running out the door while Beth basically chasing him to console the very upset young man, the staff didn't wear gloves I didn't see anyone wash their hands, I seen one employee bare handed handle veggies place them on the pizza then put those same hands in his pocket and play on his phone or checking his messages then going back to handling food with no washing his hands or wearing gloves, all the while order's were being backed up customers coming in and phone calls coming in left and right meanwhile order's that are finally being completed are just being placed in a warmer and nobody seems to be taking notice customers have been waiting over a half hr just to pick up their online order, Beth did explain to the people waiting for their order's that it's a very new crew and she just doesn't understand why it's so busy on a Friday night on a Memorial day weekend hmm I wonder, I digress let me further proceed to talk abt the young man who wore the glasses I believe his name was Zach I could be wrong on the name, anyway he was more worried abt adjusting himself and worried abt his hair and his very unkept beard than worry abt order's or customers, please don't place this man in charge of money he has no clue, still haven't seen Beth sit still to accomplish one task, anyway after waiting for over 30 minutes behold my order was in the warmer dont know how long it's been in there but wait after Zach telling me oh we don't make the sandwich I ordered online mind you, would I want a substitute, my response was why can't you make the item I ordered it's online, you would have thought Zach could actually give me a straight answer nope he was like do you want a substitute meanwhile talking to some men behind me and totally disregarding anything I said he again was more concerned abt the gentleman behind me and their order rather than mine, needless to say the management and staff in my opinion are in dire need some classes on customer service cleanliness food preparation time management and respect...

Literally just left eating Wendys next door as i write this review. Went in to have a pizza for a lunch with my husband and son. We were asked for dine in or Togo and when we said dine in we were told to sit anywhere and she would be right over. She brought menus over pretty quickly and got our drink order only offered soda which I can't have right now so decided on water and a Pepsi for my son. She brought the drinks over with no straws and I asked about the new Yorker and she explained to me, so I asked my husband did he want that or the dinner box with medium pizza and before he could answer she literally walked away and sat at a break table near the front with her Co worker. We were sitting there waiting to order even put our menus at the end of the table and we were left sitting there while she played with her watch and the co worker in and out the fron door on her phone. Also I would like to mention that other than a large party that was done and leaving we were the only ones in the place. She did jump right up when other customers came to the door and I watched her hand out a carryout order and take another Togo order. Finally we just decided to leave and we still paid for a Pepsi that was barely drank ($2.75) Total waste of time and money. My whole family is rarely together, we took them out to Pizza Hut Sunday, because we were all together, it took forever to find a seat (we had to find our own) given, it was crowded, but there were only 2 waitresses I think, I actually only saw 1 so I am not sure, it took us 30 minutes to get a drink and approximately 45 minutes to get a piece of pizza, then only 2 of the 7 of us got some, very poorly ran, staff tried to be apologetic, I did not feel it was their fault, but managements for not having enough people on schedule and working themselves if needed! Not to mention the salad bar was EMPTY except for peppers and carrots. We almost left, but my 5 y/o grandson wanted pizza that's the only reason I wasted 48$ and some change.
