I would give zero stars but I can’t. Here recently the food has went downhill. This is the second time we have ordered a extra most bestest pizza and it not be a thin crust. Usually have great service but the past few times delays have taken longer and longer.. I placed an online order at 6:45 expecting to have it be able to be picked up around 7:20ish. Only to be told when arriving that it was not ready and would be another hour. Other customers were coming in and being told 5-10 min. Why would my order take so long to be prepared??? Beware. Anything you order with a thicker crust is always raw and super underbaked. I called once to let them know and they were aware and said it was something about the ovens there.
