Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Kerman

This is the 2nd time I’ve asked for a lettuce rap chicken club with sante fe sauce ON THE SIDE, and jalapeños ON THE SIDE. The first time I got all the way home and realized their mistake. They put the sauce on the actual sandwich and put so much of it on that I couldn’t even enjoy my food. It was like I was eating nothing but sante fe sauce and lettuce. so when I went in today I made sure to check my order. Well sure enough they put sauce ON THE SANDWICH, and didn’t even bother putting the jalapeños at all, not on the sandwich or on the side. So I told the women at the drive through window the problem her RUDE response to me was “well what’s the difference?” Um....EXCUSE ME!?! The difference is that “on the side” doesn’t mean “on the sandwich” any person with common since would get that. She even had the have another women come out and ask me again what I wanted cause she was to ignorant to understand the meaning of “on the side”. Kerman Carl jr is bad food crappy service. I asked them for freash cookies and you know what they did was through it in the microwave . And when I saw them do that I told them again “I don’t want it In the microwave”. The gave me attitude and was cussing at me for asking for it freash. The burgers I got were bad too the bread and my cookies were hard as a rock. And my fries were cold. if I could give them no stars I would have and they don’t wear gloves and they need too and the manager The that was working around 5 should not be a manager because she does not know how to be in charge how can u let your coworkers cuss at the customers and for them to complain about what u order is not right. UPDATE: just wanted to update my negative review. I went in today around 2p.m, the manager and her team created a very inviting atmosphere. The food was good, the place was clean and the manager and the 2 girls working with her provided great customer service.

Worst customer service from “Teresa” thin little female. I Stood there for what seemed forever and kept saying I’ll take your order right now and kept walking out on me. Kept taking drive thru orders but never took mine. I had my cards in my hand ready to pay. I left and went to McDonald’s to grab a bite instead. So rude, mumbles all her words like it’s such a displeasure to be there. Just quit dude, nobody is forcing you to be there....
