I have visited the Panda Express in Kerman, California several times. Each time I have visited the restaurant I have gotten awesome service. I am greeted by the staff and my order is quickly taken. I need to mention the names of these great employrees because they need the recognition. The young man that is consitant the grills and stoves is Arthur. Arthur has great control of the cooking of the meals. He is very consistant and the food is always fresh and available. Then it is Houa who asks me what I would like. She meets me with a great small and awesome courtesy. She has offered suggestions in which I have tried and have been glad that I took her advice. Afterwards, it is time to pay and then Yamilet who is their cashier. She completes the transaction with my chop sticks, special sauces, and offers a kind opportunity to donate to Valley Childrens Hospital. She makes it easy to donate because how pleasant and kind she is when she asks. The complete staff functions efficiently as a team. This is a Panda Express that stands out from all other Panda Express I have visited. This Panda Express team deserves recognition. Putting this on line for the public to read is the best i can do. Read moreSo I normally come here once or twice a week, after work, usually order online so that I don’t have to wait in line very long since I live 20 minutes away. This previous time, however, it took more than 30 minutes to get out my online order than it usually took. So I order on the app at 7:24 and around 7:45 I get an email saying that my order is ready for pick up, i ordered a family meal to take home so it took a little longer than usual which is understandable. What I don’t understand is why it took an additional 30 minutes to prepare when I received an email saying it was ready. I know it’s not the poor cashier’s fault but having one person cooking for an entire restaurant seems ridiculous. In the end, I ordered 2 Thai teas, right after getting my food at 8:16, and leave with cold food that was sitting on there on the counter while they prepared other people’s orders.
