This location likes to make there own hours. The hours are always inconsistent (they’re always closing super early and just won’t be open) it’s gotten so bad that when I drive to go get coffee Its pretty much a 50% chance they won’t be open.Also, they seem to have a issue keeping items in stock they’re always running out of stuff or have machines not working. I’ve also had numerous occasions where they go in a turn off the order ahead option and closed the drive through (during covid ) causing people to all come inside and order which made absolutely no sense it just honestly seems like people (mgr) trying to cut corners and make thing easier on themselves. Based off personal experience it seems like who’s running that store is cutting corners and loosing your business money. We are projecting a DUTCH BROS coffee is opening In our small town of Kerman so with that being said Starbucks is going to loose a lot of business to your competitors because you won’t be the only option for coffee in town anymore. So I’d suggest you stop cutting corners and try to be more consistent, that or look at why your manager is loosing you money. Read moreI am a life long K Town resident and support all businesses but Starbucks has become that type of Bus. That iritates me when I go in. Today my husband and I went in for a refresher. He got a Trenta pink drink and I got a Trenta Mango Dragon Fruit (regular). I adked for extra invlusions on both and paid the extra price for them. I am LEGALLY BLIND and I have a SIGHT CANE with the red on the bottom and wear sunglases because of lights sensitivity. I got my drink, tasted it and realized they didnt add inclusions or the regular amount of juice. My husnads drink wasnt made well either. I went over to the counter and ask the barista gor the right drink. She gave me mad attitude and was talking about me to other employees. She is arguing and tallking back at me that she made it right. So sHe redoes the drink and it is the same. At this point i am done. She is snarky and disrespectful. Just because I cant see my drink diesnt mean I dont know what it should taste like or look like up close. I left Starbucks with a bad taste and a bad drink.
Starbucks please teach your employees not to be rude or disrespectful with costumers with disabiluties. I might nit see but my HEARING and TASTE are PHENOMENAL.

Read moreI haven't written a review on Starbucks in quite a while so I figured it's time for me to leave another good mark. I've recently fallen in love with their cold brew coffees. I thought I would give the new nitro style a chance just to see what it is all about. It was actually very good, I was really impressed. Honestly, I was skeptical about just how much adding nitrogen gas to coffee would impact its flavor and consistency. but the barista was absolutely right, the nitrogen gas really did give it a nice rich foamy head and it actually mellowed out the bitterness that is usually present in cold brew coffees. Would I buy the nitro cold brew coffee again? Perhaps, but I would be more inclined to buy it if the price wasn't so high. I just can't justify paying over $5 for a grande size simply because they added nitrogen into my coffee. Personally, I'm perfectly fine drinking their standard cold brew coffee at a little over $3 for a grande cup because the bitterness really isn't that magnified compared to the nitro.
