Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kerman

This location used to be great up until a year maybe a year and a half ago. I used to brag that we had a good taco bell!

I haven't receive a 100% complete or correct order in the last year from this location, and in the last few months the young lady drive thru attendant that's there in the afternoons/evenings isn't serious at all! You're the last point of contact before the food goes out, make sure its all in there! We don't even order customized items, we just aren't given the items we order.

This is the Fresno location at McKinley & Chestnut. For some reason, the wait times at this drive-thru are especially long. It used to be almost unheard of that you would have more than a 15 second stop at the window and they sent you along. On recent visits I have had time to put the car in park, sip on my drink, and wonder what was taking so long. More chit-chat in the kitchen might be a cause.
