QueZeen Barbecue Cuisine — Restaurant in Kerrville

Just wanted to first off say any low reviews here are due to ignorance, stupidity, or bad taste due to the poor quality of food served on mass by others that the common person thinks low quality brisket is high quality. It's okay if they just prefer something else but I just hope it's of similar quality. My wife and I love this business. The brisket is delicious, it melts in your mouth, even if you had trouble eating fattier cuts it just goes down.(for us it is huge because we mainly eat meat and need good quality fat for energy) The bbq sauce is excellent it is textured, Slightly thick, sweet, tangy. The mac and cheese is great and best part you can put brisket in it if you don't want a whole plate. Mustard potato salad I lick my plate clean. Brisket beans have lots of flavor. The owners provide great customer service, great conversation, and have healthy attitudes. Parking is at the ingram dam store. I'm not sure but feel confident that as long as you are there to buy food you should just be able to park without paying(I did it unknowingly at first and once the owner saw I was buying food he didn't say anything). If I remember correctly QueZeen said they are allotted spaces I just don't remember how many. We haven't tried some other menu items but from the quality of everything else I'd bet...

Great service. Homemade bbq sauce was phenomenal, on top of phenomenal ribs, and a fantastic spicy sausage. Smoked turkey was surprisingly tender, tasty, and best I’ve had. Brisket was solid but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get the brisket because the ribs and sausage (and even turkey!) outshine it. Sides were creative and delicious: we had brisket baked beans and dill potato salad. Ask for extra sauce— you will love it ! Great views of the river. We tried the sausage and ribs and both were excellent. The ribs are thick and tender with a very good dry rub. The sausage had a nice mild spice to it and was not greasy. The casing wasn't tough, either. We'll definitely be back to try their other meats. This is a food trailer behind a soon-to-open bar, and parking is a little tight. QueZeen is a welcome addition to Ingram and West Kerr. We don't have to drive into Kerrville...
