Went in there to celebrate my sister's birthday. The gal behind the counter ignored us walking in, which is fine, she was serving 4 Individuals before us - okay, no problem. She was going as slow as molasses in the snow, but whatever. We were sitting there waiting. More people come in and are standing and she started to help them first. So I said "ma'am we have been here waiting" and her response was "the line is here" no signs indicating you had to cue a line or even where that line should be, no attempt to help us, ignored that we'd been waiting 15 min for her to fulfill the 4 ice creams before us, no respect. Just that we werent in a line that we didnt know had to exist so we wouldnt be helped. Decided our party of 7 should just leave and find something else. Extremely frustrating...
