Small prices in comparison to such big portions & big flavor.
This one had me visualizing a twin venture picking up and moving to Texas …….you know? where “everything is bigger in Texas “ because this place is a real fit to that old Texas slogan!
It’s a blue collar atmosphere, lots of regular locals the server girls apparently know. One of two server girls had a bit of an attitude and neither one were much skilled in customer service which kind of sucked but well maybe it was because I wasn’t a young working man , nor a known local ..haha!
Found it bobtailing for a meal & shopping after leaving penske. Sinclair was definitely not an option I was interested in, pizza place was not easy or convenient for parking , dollar general was closed down ..:.:and well , butter my biscuits was there& accessible.
Ended up loving the food and plan to stay for breakfast tomorrow….not including any time I have to drive over to Penske during butter my biscuit business hours .

These folks know homecooking! It's truly the finest example of country cooking that I grew up on. Butter My Biscuit Cafe is a name I will never...

Somehow it's sweet without being just sweet. Our server was Dawn who is one of the owners. She was amazing and so much fun to talk to....
