Kersey Pizza — Restaurant in Kersey

Hello everyone it's Food Guy checking out food here and there. Kersey pizza...what can I really be say about this establishment that doesn't come out negative. I don't want to give them a bad review because the pizza is pretty good, but... outdated is the key word here. The dinning area is very 1980s but not in the good retro way but the don't want to spend any money on upgrades way. If your bathrooms are dirty you should clean them. If the stall doors are broken you should fix them. If the dinning area is broken down/outdated you should update it. The big for sale sign in front of the building is very discouraging. I know this restaurant makes money as they are the only pizza place right off the main road and they also supply pizza for sporting events to the school. I'm not sure if it is the lack of management as to why these things can't be fixed but I do know that a restaurant can't only have teenagers running the show. I don't want to just focus on the negative. This pizza place does provide a tasty pizza pie, and the prices are not over the top. I just think that a lot of people will see the negative before they get to the positive which is the pizza.

I arrived at Kersey Pizza before 5pm. There was one person waiting for their pizza and the dining room was empty. I ordered 1 Ham and Pineapple Pizza for carryout. Of course the place got busy within 20 minutes or so. I could hear one of the guys in back wearing a knit hat say, oh I have to re make the Ham and Pineapple Pizza because I put double ham on it. I tried to get his attention as I would have paid for it...but no I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED by him, and the poor guy running the register ignored me too. I eventually had to wait for a long time while they apparently didn't put my order in right away.I waited as other people came in, ordered and got their pizzas. I wasted over an hour of my time there with absolutely NO APOLOGY...nothing.at.all. Very disappointed tonight. I DO NOT plan on visiting again anytime soon. Been a loyal customer for 6 years. Wasn't even given the time of day.

I am extremely dissapointed in Kersey Pizza, we used to eat there quite often through high school and now it's been a few years and I was so excited to share this great pizza with my boyfriend. We called in a pick-up, they told us 30 minutes, after very rudely taking our order. We arrived after 35 minutes and had to wait another 30 for our pizza. We got to the restaurant and everyone was standing around, the restaurant was a mess, the employees were cussing like sailors and being very immature and disrespectful to customers. We ordered one XL pizza with wings and pizza rolls. The wings were fine. Pizza rolls were so hard I couldn't even chew them, they had practically nothing in the centers, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a day, we just threw them away. The pizza was fresh but very poorly made, toppings were not spread evenly and the crust was very hard! I remembered a great family pizza place where the employees were super friendly and the pizza was awesome!! I will never be going back again after this experience!! If I could rate it lower I would.
