Clancy's Irish Pub — Restaurant in Keyser

The staff are horrible with the exception of two people who seemed genuinely happy to be there. Specifically the lady owner talking bad about her own business and how she hates the place and talking bad about her staff. I also witnessed underage drinking by staff who are 19 to 20 years old which was encouraged by the owner or they just Don't care. They have the most horrible drinks like the server who made my drink hasn’t ever made a drink in her life. I also witnessed staffs young children in the kitchen, on the counters, playing with food, and running around during business hours. We got there almost at the dinner cut off. But they were still happy to serve us. The only thing that got to us was the volume of the music from pub side. But that's also understandable as it was time to be spent with friends having fun. The one thing that actually baffled us was a "Irish" restaurant that didn't have either a shepherds pie "Lamb" or it's poorer cousin a cottage pie "hamburger" on the menu. The advertising states it is under new ownership. Sad ! My wife and ate here during prior ownership and the food is just as bad now as before. The place is clean. The "Dublin Burger" is very small and was cooked to bone dry. Although, the "Irish Fries" were under fried and very - very greasy. The grease puddled on the plate. The waitress appeared sloppy. They allowed people off the street to walk into the kitchen ...to visit. ...
