Took my phone to this place to get repaired, it's been almost 4 months, no contact from the business on when my phone will get fixed, they broke a new part they ordered on a motherboard to my phone and wants me to pay for labor when the guy won't honor what he said before that he wouldn't charge me for labor after waiting over a month. If you gonna steal a phone and sell it at least tell me first so I can buy another phone. If y'all wanted money out of it at least you could have told me to begin with.... Friendly, but terrible follow up. Went in for repair to my laptop. They were checking on parts And told me they would call me back within a day or two. Two weeks later, I’ve called Three times. Each time I’m told they’ll call right back and still no calls. Not really sure what the problem is Because he keeps telling me, “no problem, still waiting for parts suppliers.” EDIT: Well, three weeks now and no calls. Dropped a game system off with replacement parts already in the box for repair. Was told less than a week to fix but took around a month of lies of dates to be fixed and phone calls never picked up. Showed up at the door to pick it up and the store wasn't even open. He ended up fixing last minute, making us wait. The fix shouldn't have taken over a few hours to fix.
