Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Keyser

Worst visit to Keyser Dairy Queen ever. Started out by not being able to order any food other than hotdogs because of an issue with their fryers and broiler. So ice cream it was. S'mores blizzard and a small cone and a small fountain drink. S'mores blizzard was basically vanilla ice cream because it had no toppings in it. Mello yellow was out on the fountain and we were able to eat all of our ice cream and still had not been able to get the drink that they said they were changing, however different people went to the back to do so and returned right back up front without changing it. One crewmember when asked by another if it had been changed stated he didn't know and didn't care. I had even asked if it was possible to get the drink from drive thru. A request...

Went here a few weeks ago since I was in town. I've been to a few different Dairy Queen locations over the years and so far this one doesn't seem to be up to par with the others. I ordered a chicken strips basket since that is my usual order when I go to Dairy Queen, and what I got was chicken strips that were so small they should actually be called nuggets, and a very small portion of fries compared to what other Dairy Queen locations give you. Went through drive thru and order a cherry mister misty. One car at the window. Waited 10 minutes behind the car before I got out of my car and went to the window. My Mister misty was setting on the counter beside the cash register. 4 employees standing in the grill area I’m assuming waiting on the food for the car in front of me. The girl came to the window I paid her and she gave me my drink. Would it have been too much to ask to run it to my car since it was ready and sitting on the counter. I’m done with this Dairy Queen!
