Food was good, not outstanding in my opinion but good. Restaurant was clean , tables spaced nicely and set with cloth table cloths and napkins. The environment could have been charming if it was in good repair and more organized. When you enter the front door you are greeted with a junk room to the left and a beautiful carved Victorian stair case just ahead of you. The staircase had seen better days and there was a very visable hole in the ceiling at the top of the stairs. I feel like the server should have known they were out. She offered to remove the broccoli from our plates; never offered an alternative or cost reduction. Otherwise, the food was hot and good. Beautiful...
