Such an awful experience at lunch. The app wasn't working at either Burger King to order the digital exclusives and when I went to order it locked up the app and pushed me to a BK 7 miles away. My kids were begging for the How to train a dragon stuff. The how to train a dragon spicey mozzarella box was slightly torn. They don't have free refill on drinks. I would complain to the company but never got a receipt. We had to get a spoon for my kids ice cream but all 3 workers were in the back. There's no seating for more than 4 people without spreading across multiple areas. And the soda machine for customers was almost completely out. Of the 2 kiosk available. 1 didn't work. Stopped and tried to get a quick meal while on the road. Took forever, and no interaction with customer. Just slid food on counter and walked away.
A lot of kids working here with no guidance. On top of the slow service. They had friends stop in to chit-chat. Nothing was stocked, not condiments or fountain drink lids.
Very dirty, the tables, chairs, floors, fountain drink dispenser, front counter etc. They also blocked off bathroom ( I am guessing so no one uses it and that it doesnt have to be cleaned later on).
Also they have a sign on each table saying "They want to hear my whopper idea." My idea is fire everyone on staff at time of this post, and hire people who would take this job serious. Especially for the sign on the lawn...

The whopper meat wasnt the freshest but the sandwich was made well. Wasn't sopping with mayo or a whole slice of onion that rips the entire contents of the underside of the bun with the first of the bite. The addition to the ordering machines puts me at a crossroads tho. I appreciate that no one's gotta wait on my indecisiveness, but on the other hand all the personableness and satisfaction of a successful human interaction is gone. Putting us even further towards permanent social reclusivity and all that other mumbo jumbo that's been proving itself to be an actual thing. What time...
