Wawa — Restaurant in Kidder Township

Wanted to give a negative stars if possible. I ordered a panini, quesadilla and fries. The panini wasn't even a panini but two toasted cheese breads put together with the toppings. The toppings were in the middle of the panini and lumped together. The quesadilla was also the worst. the toppings were, again lumped together in the middle. The fries were put in the air fryer. the worker couldn't fit all the portion of the fries in the cup. so she tossed the extra and gave me the soggiest of the fries. they didn't even put these 3 items in a bag. When I asked for a bag, she said the self checkout has it. Sheetz beats wawa hands down. The experience I had here is the worst. Get the gas here, get the food next door...

This place is completely disorganized and poorly managed, with all the workers behind the food making area and only one cashier. They're also all barely out of high school, so that may be a factor. They also had no half and half for coffee, and instead of putting a note they let people make their cups only to throw it away. What a waste! Lastly, at the register I asked for a specific brand of cigarettes and two (!) workers said they didnt have any. They were wrong, I spotted them and bought 10 packs. Almost lost that sale, Wawa. Overall I will definitely avoid coming here...

I come in here all the time since I travel alot... Lately, the store been dirty, counters, bathroom, and even staff. This last time an employee was making an order for me I ask her to bag it diff I got attitude and she sigh and threw it on counter. I could barely reach it. Seriously, they need to have better customer service. I stop at Wawa alot and they always had wrapped my items separate before with out asking looked like a T-Rex wrapped it why couldn't she do the same. I'm deff done just going to stop at the travel plaza for now on even...
