Our party of three arrived about a half hour before the kitchen closed for the day. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the place; the tables, seats, floor, menus, restrooms--even the windowsills--were all very clean. (No sticky residues!) Everyone found food to suit their tastes, and the service was friendly and efficient. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, which sounds ordinary but it exceeded my expectations. Skillet's ar a 9 out of 10 steak sandwich is a 6 out of 10 it's a little dry but good flavor. Waffle is big fluffy and filling it's an 8 out of 10. bacon is thick cut so it's a 9 out of 10. Eggs Benedict are done just right I'd say an 8 out of 10 just because I like a little spicy so needs kyan pepper or something. Stuffed French toast is a 9out of ten. The staff is super friendly all and all this cafe is an 8 overall I went to culinary school and spent 15 years as a high end chef so I always leave a little room for...

One of the things enjoy is their fresh fruit instead of the potatoes. Fresh kiwi, strawberries, blueberries- not some tired old half ripe watermelon and muskmelon the other places serve. They also have some fantastic lunch offerings as well. One of my favorites...
