Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kilgore

I placed the mobile order at 4:17PM he finally got done making the two drinks at 4:35PM. (Nobody in the drive thru, me and another person inside, so it wasn’t because it was busy) someone placed stickers on the lids covering the straw holes so the straw won’t go in the lid. I ordered two iced lattes one with regular milk and the other with coffee milk. I ordered this was because the coffee milk is so sweet so i mix both drinks and it really good. I get this order 5 days a week. So i know how they taste, smell and look. It wasn’t until i go back in the store to request a refund they tell me they are OUT of coffee milk. So they just decided to take it upon themselves to make my drink however they felt like making my drinks. I like to think I’m a simple man either make my coffee the way I want it made or give me a refund. I ordered my favorite doughnut, the Boston cream. I’ve had Boston creams from New York to California over the years. Every Boston cream I’ve ever had has a white custard type filling this Boston cream at this particular store. This Dunkin here in Texas has a lemon filling in the Boston cream ??? now I asked the cashier and she said oh no they’re supposed to have a lemon fill I said oh really And then I googled it right in front of her and showed her and google confirmed. First, in general, the quality that was once DD just isn't there anymore with coffee or donuts. Second, this location is the worst I've dealt with which is saying a lot. Not only have they messed up every order I've placed here, they don't even seem to know their own menu when i ask questions on coffee choices. This would put them in par with the few substandard locations I've seen, BUT it's the 'I don't give a crap, don't want to be here and don't want to deal with you so hurry up and leave" attitude I've received here that makes this location an "absolutely must avoid" one. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Memi Ds if you're just getting coffee, I've never seen a larger select of sugar free flavors and they have real cream, oh and they were actuality nice unlike this DD.
