Great ice cream and shaved ice but HORRIBLE drive thru and some times service.

I’ve been here countless times thinking they might get better at working the drive thru or the employees might be nicer or more understanding but have been let down countless times as well. At this point, it’s not worth it anymore. I love their sundaes and my husband loves their shaved ice but we will be spending our money elsewhere along with warning others that it will never change.

Countless times I have sat in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to at least say something. They’re speaker is horrible, sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t. Countless times it has taken around 30-45 minutes to serve the 3-4 cars in front of me when they only get a couple items. The employees need to learn EFFICIENCY & MULTITASKING and their drive thru needs some MAJOR UPGRADES. Their to-go cups/bowls for their sundaes are horrible for a to-go experience. Why have a drive thru if you’re not gonna be able to drive with the ice cream in your vehicle. It melts and spills all over the place, not to mention the sticky mess around the cups when they’re given thru the window. I’ve gotten sticky syrup all over my steering wheel while passing the cup to the passenger because there was strawberry syrup all over the outside of the cup. This also happens with the shaved ice occasionally but it’s easier to clean up the shaved ice flavoring and it’s not as sticky as the ice cream and ice cream toppings.

I used to talk so highly of this location’s great ice cream and shaved ice but it’s just such a disappointment that after so many opportunities to be better, it’s still the same let down.

My biggest hope is that the owner(s) see this and do some major changes to their staff’s work efficiency and invest in a better drive thru experience to help this business flourish so maybe if I ever decide to give this business another try, it will be something I can brag...

Been going to this place for years spent some money here … but will not be back young girls working inside very rude .. took my young granddaughters to get some ice cream of which they love going here sitting out side enjoying the summer. My granddaughters are three and five . After we arrived the two of them ran up to the outside order window we were looking at the menu and my granddaughters climbed up on the bench in front of the window and were looking inside excited and curious of the inside operations… they a kids excited about some ice cream they remained on the bench while I ordered looking inside giddy telling the young clerk what they wanted I ordered us all ice cream and paid and as I was paying the girl said very Rude and sarcastically for me to get my kids away from the window …. Well I snapped back she closed the window and had another employee give us our order the second female didn’t say anything just handed the order out the window and closed the window not a thank you come back have a nice day nothing…….. I then hollered through the window I needed napkins she reopened and handed me three tiny napkins then closed the window. My family has been visiting this establishment for years … but we will not be back .. after talking to some other folks that have purchased here in the past who gave similar complaints of the staff being rude !!! Won’t be back...

I paid for two scoops of red velvet ice cream because they're advertised strawberry shortcake ice cream was non-existent she said they didn't have any for days so I told her to take the dang sign down off of the board out there when you order that was the only second issue the first issue was I was sitting in the car for exactly 6.4 minutes 6 minutes and 4 seconds until I finally just drove to the window and said I thought y'all might have been closed because I've been sitting out there for over 5 minutes no response from the young lady that was the first issue again second issue was their advertised strawberry cheesecake ice cream haven't been there in days okay so take the sign down that was number one number two number three issue is I tried to call them by their number that's listed last and final issue which will never let me ever spend another penny in this place I try to call and told them I paid for two scoops there's only one scoop here and I didn't realize it until after I drove off phone number is non-existent they don't have a phone inside the building I guess everybody talks to their each other...
