Royal shawarma — Restaurant in Killeen

I ordered this using Uber Eats. I am extremely happy with this restaurant (Food Truck). It had been a while since I had Mediterranean food but I’ve really only had gyros. I really wanted to try as much as possible. Let me tell y’all, this was a nice welcoming to my taste buds.

The chicken gyros were not only tasty, but also a nice portion. I added feta cheese to mine. After just the first bite, my husband said he’ll only eat gyros from this restaurant.

The chicken shawarma was delicious. Pretty big portion as well. The falafel balls tasted so good, just the perfect bite size! The samosa was heavenly, I’ve never had deep fried spicy potatoes, so my taste buds had happy tears. My picky daughter decided it was her favorite, so next time I’ll buy more than one. It’s only one samosa, so I strongly recommend you buy 2 or more.

I’ve always loved baklava and they had 2 different options, pistachios and walnuts. I ordered both and neither disappointed. Not as big as I’ve had but very flavorful. My favorite was the pistachio, perfect amount of crunch throughout its layers.

I’m not the biggest fan of the grape leaves but that’s probably because I didn’t warm them up. They’re super tasty though, so I may have to give it another try.

I had a pretty big order and I appreciate them sending me a small free something, I’m not sure what it was but it was good, so thank you!

It was worth every penny and I bet it’s even better when eaten on site!

I usually don’t write reviews too often but I ate here yesterday and I cannot stop thinking about the food! I can’t wait to go back.

I don’t eat meat and there are plenty of meatless options. The falafel wrap was probably the best I have ever had. The baklava is superb and the grape leaves were my favorite! I could probably eat 20 of them!

Everything is so affordable. And the customer service was great. I was helped by a very nice man. I wish I knew about this food truck sooner. But now that I do know, I can see myself stopping by a few times per week from now on! I’m so happy...

We absolutely loved this place.. The man running the stand was extremely pleasant to deal with. We love Greek and Mediterranean.. We ordered the chicken shwarma salad which came with rice and herbs. And creamy garlic sauce to top it off. Also ordered some grape leaves .and Baklava!!! Our three year old loves it And he doesn't even like anything. If I could give 10 stars I would.
