Piss poor service. Saw that the drive thru line was forever in a day long; so I went inside to order. I get inside and see two elderly couples waiting to order and the employees working on orders whilst not providing them service. I decided to use the kiosk to order my food because I'm pretty tech savvy and knew I'd get my order in before them. I placed my order @ approximately 9:02 pm. Finally after about 10 mins of them waiting to order their food the employees decided they wanted to provide guest service instead of prioritizing drive-thru orders ahead of their dine in guest. About another 10 mins pass and they start providing the elderly couple's food ahead of mine. That's cool, I'm a pretty patient and understanding guy. As they hand them their food they forgot to provide them drinks. So it was another minute or two trying to gain the employees attention long enough to get a damn drink cup. Then they provide the next elderly couples food ahead of mine. Still, I hold my tongue and say nothing and again they forget their drinks. They started a repetitive streak of forgetting drinks. Then FINALLY MY FOOD IS HERE @ approximately 9:47pm. They messed my whole order up put lettuce and spicy ranch on everything, didn't say here's your food or even have a nice day. Just threw my food on the counter and called my name. I had to request for a drink cup once again and for them to fix my order. Ended up getting out of there after 10pm spent over an hour watching them fumble around trying to catch up drive thru orders while neglecting the guest in front of them. Read moreI came inside to place my order. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo meal around 5:37pm. I sat while watching the crew make drive thru after drive thru order often wondering if I made the wrong choice to come inside. 12 minutes later I was noticed by the girl working drive thru and she asked, what did I need? I said my order, I've been waiting for a while for my order. She came back, asked me was I some name that wasn't mines. A guy and his family replied it was him. He said he had been waiting over 30 minutes. A few minutes later they brought him his order which was still incomplete. Finally around 6:01pm I recieved my order with no receipt. I told the girl who brought me my food I had a drink with my meal and she stood looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language to which she was accustomed to after I repeatedly told her it was a large drink. Finally another worker came around and I explained to him I had a meal and I didn't get a drink cup but if he was to print my receipt he could see that's what I paid for. After checking the front counter computer he gave me my drink cup. Something told me to check my bag after that. When I looked I was missing the 2 piece Cinnabon. I was missing items. Called the store and JEFF answered the phone. I told jeff I was missing items . First thing Jeff said was “thats a lie” “i packed the order” after we literally just left the drive thru and checked the order. I advised JEFF he was wrong. I came back through the drive thru and Jeff was laughing and hanging out the window. I asked for a manager and Jeff got smart at the mouth and argumentative . As I was talking Jeff hung up the phone .When i asked for my items or a refund for the missing items. Jeff said no and slammed the window door. Finally a manager came a heavy set white guy and said no I cant get my items that were missing or a refund and he was trespassing me . I recorded the whole thing .
