YOOOOOO, I came here on a hella busy day and every single member of the team...INCLUDING the manager was kickin' dust getting our drinks out on time and making sure they were on point. A lady (customer) got really upset because, I'm assuming, her drink didn't come out in enough time, while one of the employees kept trying to assure her that they were working on it. The lady then got very upset and called the employee a š©. LET ME TELL YALL SOMETHING....Starbucks needs to give Briana a RAISE!!! Hell, it should be called Briana-Bucks for how calm she stayed. I would have took out my weave and earrings if that lady would have came for me like that. ANYWAY, Briana very calmly went to go get her manager who was NOT PLAYIN' no games. The manager went full on "Momma Bear," and very professionally stood up for her employee and assured the customer that they would work on getting those drinks out asap. THEN homegirl, (the customer) called her a š©. I was soooooo flabbergasted, child I didn't know how to feel. BUT they still stayed calm. Hats off to Starbucks and their excellent training. Jesus was definitely sprinkling his calmness all over them today OKUURRRR.

On the Starbucks X Stanley release day, Christian (I hope I remembered their name! It was 5am and I only got 3-4 hours of sleep the past 2 days) answered the phone and it was my first time inquiring about the Stanley cups. I used to work retail so I was really mindful about not bothering the employees and wanted to wait until release day. Iāve only read the comments online on how crazy and overwhelming itās been with people calling Starbucks about the cups. I asked the question and they were very kind, patient, and thorough with answering my 1 question (you can tell theyāve been asked a lot lol)
I explained that it was my first time asking any Starbucks store and thanked them for being so genuine and kind. Iām sure theyāll get phone calls the rest of the day since I called at 5am.

They touch a fork or an avocado cup then place it directly on top of my hot food. Itās very unsanitary. Iāve learned to order my food and avocado cup separately. But the fork still made it on top of my food. This is why I would like to give this store 4 stars. But the entire staff is super nice so I felt they still deserve the 5. My lid was sticky but I get it, stuff happens. The tables can go for hours without being wiped off. But itās not like the employees arenāt working. Itās a lot it seems. Overall, Iām usually happy here.
