Absolutely disgusting! I don’t know how this place has as many “clean” reviews as it does. For the past couple of weeks I’ve gone here there are 2 stalls in the women’s restroom that are out of order.. which probably explains why it smells like a sewer sometimes and I have to walk right back out. Oh you also get to play the guessing game on which sink works so you can actually wash your hands. They’re also too lazy to fix the drink fountains in the food court. The older woman at Charley’s who usually works the register is grumpy and just wants you out of her face. I asked her a question about the menu and she could care less she was very rude. If I see her at the register I won’t even go there just to avoid her attitude, she makes the whole process of even ordering very uncomfortable. I went to Burger King for breakfast and was left standing there waiting to order for about a good 20 minutes before anyone even decided to acknowledge me. All of the employees that were there kept starring at me as I was obviously waiting to order and when I asked if anyone was going to take my order they all just looked at each other and kept attending drive thru. That was the first and last time I will ever go there. If you’re hungry don’t go to Starbucks about mid morning because some how every morning they’re out of about 80% of breakfast sandwiches after 8am. The baristas and the managers are all rude and have bad attitudes every morning. You should double check your order before leaving the drive through because chances are that’s not your order! I’ve received the wrong drink on multiple occasions, that or my $6 coffee isn’t even full they love giving out half filled drinks especially teas. The drive thru isn’t even open half the time on the weekends and when I go inside and ask you’ll be met with no response but would you like to pay with your military stat card? They shove the military star card down your throat especially in the drive thru. I live on post and will drive out of my way to go to another Starbucks location! Terrible service for mediocre food, drinks and nasty stores. Yay.
The only reason why this place deserves even one star is the fact they’re open...
Read moreDo not let pictures of a sparse parking lot fool you, this place is busy during lunch. That said, there are enough options to choose from, that are actually pretty good. Like all Burger Kings on military installations, they seem poorly run. They get away with it due to the logistics of being on post. I wish AAFES would ditch Burger King and bring in a different vendor. There is pizza, subway, a chicken joint, and a Starbucks. These are good options for Soldiers who are within walking distance. It is especially important for those Soldiers processing through the Copeland center to have a place near by to eat. I gave it four of five stars for having a variety and a proper Starbucks. Not a big variety, but variety all the same. At least AAFES is trying to serve Soldiers. There was a time when the options we dismal, and while these are not fantastic choices, there is at least...
Read moreSeriously, who ever makes the iced caramel machiattos, you're the best! I will go out of my way to come here just to get that instead of another location. There's actually caramel added to It! Inside the cup on the bottom, then the milk, coffee, ice, more caramel on top. Goodness, now my taste buds are getting excited. The one from target, copperas cove, fort hood street, even the one inside the px are decent, but I will always, ALWAYS choose this...
