This lady working here named chris who im gonna make her life a living hell right now , is very very unprofessional i was waiting to say my order and i was waiting with no answer so i said hellooo 2 times and no answer and i said hello again and then an answer saying I SAIDDDDD HELLOO GiVE ME A MIN with a nasty additude , I stated with my husband mam i think your machine is working because it did not say or make noice and she then with a nasty additude kept saying yes i did say it and im like mam no you didn't and as i was talking to my husband asking him if he had heard anything she started to argue with me saying she didn't have to serve me like first of all I'm speaking to my husband in the car and i did not say anything but did you hear her ? So I then said i need to talk to your manager and her manager said I heard her on my device and i said ok well your box is not working and gave her chris her employee the reason that she was right , Is this how you treat your costumers ? Simply could have said we are not on your end and we will check our machine and how may I help you now . wow this lady soooo rude treating our military whos had a long day for real is this any way at all to go about it this lady needs to be fired VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER SEEN THIS IN MY LIFE ! and im not only giving a review here but im calling frenchise manager so this is not being done to our soldiers. Kim, the cashier on the drive-through, interrupted my order three separate times to tell me to "hold on a second." She was extremely rude. I knew I should have double-checked my order, but I was in a hurry and didn't. When I got back to the hospital where my daughter has been since Sunday, I was missing part of my order. I call Burger King and the lady who answers the phone tells me "I wondered what happened to that. We ran out of sausage but I had yours." I was given the option of coming back and getting my sausage biscuit or getting credit towards another meal. Since I have zero intention of ever going back to this place, I opted to come and get my biscuit. When I get up there the lady at the front counter was surprised I didn't go back through the drive-thru again. She then proceeded to yell back my order to the cook's getting it wrong the first try, getting it wrong the second try, finally getting it right the third time.
