Rosa's taco truck — Restaurant in Kimball

They serve amazing and authentic food at a great price. It's close to the I24 exit in Kimball, so any time I drive through on the interstate I stop and eat here and seriously look forward to eating at this spot. The food is always fresh, the tacos are delicious and the cheesy rice is so good. If you order guacamole it's a large portion and comes with chips and salsa. Highly recommend it.

I am giving a one star, due to the fact that I sent teenage family members to pick up food, a group of three men in a car cat called my niece. When my nephew heard them of course he asked what the problem was (she is only 16). the group of men and two men working in the taco truck started speaking to each other and laughing and coming together as a group. I do not want the children of this community to not even be able to go pick up food without feeling threatened and or being cat called. Again they are children ! As soon as we pulled in, we were reminded of the time we lived in San Felipe. We were greeted with a smile and excellent service. We ordered the Quesa Birria tacos. 4 tacos plus chips and salsa for $14 is a pretty good deal. The tacos were good. Not great. We also ordered the elotè which was not good. They use canned corn.
