Cato Fashions — Local services in Kimball

Love shopping at Cato's and most of the store's have really nice and polite and friendly people working in them, but the Cato at South Pittsburgh Tennessee the person who was working or should I say that was there behind the counter,was not at all friendly are polite and sure was not nice,she was taking clothes off of hangers,most of the time they move them over and check you out, not this one,she finished taking the clothes off of the hangers,she put up the hangers,then she decided to check me out,never a smile,how are you, didn't even tell me how much it was,after a few seconds I ask how much, not a word came out of her mouth, I looked to see what I owed, I handled her the money,she gave me my change and I said thank you, still not a word,she had to be the rudest person in all of Tennessee, don't think I will go back to this one, there's others with great people...

I spent the last year losing 60lbs. When I walked into this Cato, I fully expected to still be in plus sized clothing. I began trying on clothes and the staff jumped right in and helped my husband and I shop. They kept bringing me smaller and smaller clothes that I was unsure I could wear. They were personal shoppers for me and I cried like a baby. I was so astounded at all my hard work paying off and their compassion and help. I will never shop at another Cato. Only this location. Was looking for a better variety of skirts and longer dresses, such as calf length or ankle length.
