La Plaza Bakery was a cute little spot in Salinas . It was one of the only shops open on Memorial Day. I got the carrot and orange combo juice which was really fresh and was super carroty though. They had a fresh juicer. I also got the carnitas plate which was also freaking amazing. They didn’t skimp on the meat whatsoever it was quite dry though. My veggie platter was so fresh and the spicy salsa they provided as a side made it the perfect flavorful dinner. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the space was open, clean, and pleasant...
