Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kings Mountain

You would have gotten 5 stars but the cashier pretty much called me a lie. I order from this restaurant alot never had a problem with food quality. Just the online service really suxs. So I place my order it goes through conformation is sent. I wait and wait. Call them the cashier said uhhhh. You put pick up instead of delivery. I said well then knock off the delivery fee u added to my order.. its right here on my phone.. she said ughhhh.she said hold on.. then a dummer Cashier got on the phone..uggh the reason you order didn't go though is cause your card was declined. We didn't have a phone number to call u back at. Ok dumbass. If it was declined why do i have a conformation number.. duhhhh..ok lets run this again and see what happens .. she runs it and it goes through. Ta da!! imagine that. Ok i wait wait finally get my pizza, two hours later. Cold as Alaska and guess what? I didnt have to sign my receipt..you know why.. first off the card wasnt declined she didnt want me to see the time of transaction. Little does she know i can see in my bank report. You know anyone can make a mistake but when u do admit it and u will be better off i don't like beng...

I like their pizza and I'm going to keep going but y'all need to look at the wings I'm posting a picture of in the comments. It's literally a bowl of sauce and chicken nuggets on top. No sauce on the nuggets at all. Those wings are too expensive to not have the sauce on them. I probably will not get them again and make my own at home. Last time I went all of my pizzas were correct but before that about the last 3 times my pizzas were incorrect. They always fix it and I usually get to keep the incorrect pizza. We eat it but it would be nice if the pizza was just correct. We order online so the order is written in black and white text, not taken over the phone. If you order online be sure to use your points before they expire. Mine expired one time and I was not happy about that. They last like a year but I wasn't paying attention and let them expire. I'm going to keep going though. They have the best deals of any pizza place in town and their pizza is better...

I love Pizza Hut in general. This location in Kings Mountain is a hit or miss. Sometimes our pizza is cooked to perfection. But, many other times the dough is soggy and undercooked. As far as the staff, many are some of the friendliest and nicest people you ever met, but some are flat out lazy and work there just for the paycheck, sadly. I remember several instances where I came to pick up my order only for the staff to see me and walk away to the back of the kitchen and ignore me. Sometimes I would just ask if anyone was there knowing they where in the back. Of course several minutes later the same employees walk up to the front counter and greet me as if nothing ever happened. Again, it is a hit and miss. If you are lucky enough to have some of the good staff, your experience may be quiet well, however; if you weren't so lucky, you might end up with a soggy pizza and crappy service....
