I ordered via mobile with 3 items at 1:00pm and went through the drive thru at 1:04pm. The lady notified me that next time we should give them at least 5 minutes to complete the order which made no sense to me since there were 4-5 cars in front and they would just treat me like I was apart of the many people waiting in the drive thru.
Once I got to the window it was already past 1:13pm. She handed me the drink and told me to have a good day when I still had 2 more food items so I notified her and she went to grab them. When she got back to the window she was asking if I had ordered a grilled cheese too but I kept mentioning that I didnāt even though she kept insisting I did and looked frustrated that I was denying it. All I got were two pastry items and a drink. She continued to ask me if I had placed another order afterward, which I told her no, then told me to go on the app and fix it because she insisted I purchased a grilled cheese which I never did. The third person ordered an iced coffee with cream and they put so much cream that it came out white. Even after they poured some out and put more coffee in they still couldn't taste the coffee. The fourth and fifth person got grande iced coffees and there was so much ice in the cups that they couldn't even get their straws past their lids. I have gone to Starbucks in just about every city I have traveled to and I have never had a negative experience before. As consumers we understand mistakes, but their lack of service recovery was worse than the poor quality of product. It is doubtful we will be back in that city at any point, but if I ever return I would not spend my money at this Starbucks...

I came back to the store to let them know not only was it the wrong item, it was cold as hell. While I was waiting for them to take it back I could hear inside them saying they didnāt have it so they just substituted my order. I was not given a choice and I was not let known about the issue. It would have been fine if somebody just let me know at the very least and actually warmed up the sand which. Iām not stupid. I know the difference between a sand which and a danish. I donāt like being lied to and from now on Iām going to be taking longer in the drive thru to check to see if I got the correct food items and that theyāre warmed up. I donāt care how long I take, this was on you guys. My lunch was wasted...
