This store has gone down. Everytime I order a chicken sandwich, the meat is burnt and dry. EVERY sandwich has ONE piece of lettuce and ONE piece of aged tomato. EVERYTIME! The sandwiches are so bad, they need to fix it. I'm talking about hamburgers as well. I can see this store closing in 6 months with this poor quality. My last time, on a Sunday, I waited for 15 minutes at the order box only to be told, "your order is done, you should come inside and pick it up, if you want it quicker." I ordered in the app. The audio on the box is broken as well. This place used to be good, as my original review shows. Not any longer.

I would normally give this store higher marks except, the drinks in the app don't match what you have in the store and you know it and haven't changed it. And the food quality has slipped. The employees are still nice and the store is clean. But if you just update the app to what you actually sell and get back on track with the food quality, we're good. I usually do not write negative reviews because I really feel bad if I have to do so. I want to commend the workers for getting up and even going out to work. However, I do feel you need to have pride in whatever you are doing and if you deal with customers, you need to try your best to serve fresh food and get the order correct. Therefore, I have been to the Hilliard Wendy's drive-thru at night three times in the last few months and every time, I get home and I do not have what I ordered and the food tastes and looks like it has been sitting for many hours. The sandwiches are soggy. I ordered a salad another time, got home and had no chicken on my apple pecan chicken salad. Then another time I ordered and payed for three fries and got only one. It is just becoming irritating. If you don't want to work, let other people who need and want to work do that job. They would work hard to get it right I'm sure. This is about the night shift at...

One star because you can’t post without giving it something. The night manager is an awful rude individual who belongs nowhere near customer service jobs. She has a God complex and rather than speak to customers, during an issue, she belittles and bully’s them. My experience was her going off on a minor. Several of us share this opinion of her character and very much so demand Wendy’s “go in a different direction” with her employment. This is NOT a one off or, even two, SEVERAL issues involve her. Losing your head to a minor and then boasting about it after they leave is disgusting. She’s baiting someone to catch a charge. Had it been my child that she treated that way, I would have happily caught that charge and smiled in my mugshot. She is a cancer to this establishment. Do better Wendy’s.
