Came here last Saturday night and they were absolutely slammed. Didn't have anywhere near enough people working for a Saturday night and one person taking orders at the counter. The drive through was lined up into the street and the inside line was about 10 people deep. The woman at the counter was trying hard to get orders taken and get them right and didn't have any help. You could tell she was getting aggravated as would I with no help but after I ordered my girlfriend was going to order until the lady at the counter lost it. She yelled back at the guys standing around joking around and taking their time making the blizzards she needed some help and she was getting really pissed off and said if she didn't need this job she would say screw it and walk out. All of this in front of about 10 customers at least plus everyone who was in the dining room. There were also 2 cooks in the back that could have helped when there weren't any food orders up do other things but they stood in the back and just hung out and stood around. My girlfriend didn't order because she didn't want someone with that kind of attitude taking her order or making her food. It just wasn't worth it. I had already ordered so I couldn't cancel the order or I would have and just left. So after I got my food which wasn't that great either (cool chicken tenders with some bland gravy to dip them in)I had to sit there and eat my food in front of her and she didn't get anything. Read more2-13-2023 9;04pm I have went to this location many times and have never had a problem. I can say the 2 girls working there tonite was anything but helpful. In fact they were very rude and could have cared less about trying to help me with my order I tried to order a banana split and the one who took the order waited for a minute or two then said we have no bananas. I tried to ask her a question about a brownie sundae she didnt answer the question at all. I placed my order and pulled up to the window and the server at the window gave me a strawberry sundae. and closed the window i had to wait for a long while for my other 3 items. By that time the sundae was melted down fairly well. In fact the guy behind me started honking his horn. There were only 2 of us in line, no other customers at all. When i finally got the rest of my order, i tried to ask the girl a question and she just shut the window in my face. So much for customer service. It was almost like these 2 girls hated even being there.

Read moreTbh I’m unsure that this store deserves 1 star after the very disrespectful customer service I have received tonight. Charged my card twice for a difference in price. Fine. But then realized they also charged me in that for an item I didn’t order. I asked for the manager. They stand with their backs to the window COMPLETELY ignoring me after I asked MULTIPLE TIMES. Had 3 young ladies taking my money making my order and coming to the window to talk to me all at the same time which is POOR customer service and shows there is ZERO structure inside. I’ve worked in customer service for years at Pals in church hill. If there is one thing I learned that was how to count money. I’m very intelligent when it comes to counting money and as I went inside to talk to a manager after being disrespected at the window the manager pulls me aside just to talk over me and tell me he trusts his employees words over mine and they lied saying they gave me my receipts and he asked to see my bank statements in order to give me a full refund. I asked so many times for a refund and he kept trying to give me a simple math lesson and tell me I don’t know what I was talking about. Then told me I wasn’t welcome in the store and that I needed to leave and talk to the owner.
