KFC — Restaurant in Kingsport

I came to drive-thru today just before 3pm. It was the worst and most rude cashier that I've ever encountered. I was ordering 3 dinners, simply #1. crispy breast, biscuits, and double slaw. #2. 3pc wing dinner origional with slaw and fries, "NO SALT ON FRIES" I told her three times about no salt. The cashier says, as I'm trying to order 3rd dinner, " I thought you only wanted 2 dinners", angrly. I said no I have 3 dinner orders. I continued to order #3. breast original, slaw and potatoes n gravy. Plus one sweet tea. This was almost $30 total and given sweet tea with no ice! We were told to pull up by bushes to wait. Once the cashier came to my window, she says " I didn't think you wanted any sauces so I didn't put any in your bag." She never asked if we wanted sauces!!. The chicken was old and over heated hard as the bone, the wings were 2 old crispy 1old original, the biscuits weren't done enough to brown. This was the worst service and old dried out chicken that I've ever bought! The cashier wouldn't listen, was rudely interrupting me constantly, she just ignored my specific order and threw that mess together that my dog wouldn't eat, just to keep the line moving. There were only 2 cars behind us and one just moving to pay as we came up to order. This was unnecessary abuse for moving people fast with only one thought - to move them fast. No concern about what they ordered, only what was to get rid of in the precooked bins. High blood pressure is serious, so unsalted fries was important. Needless to say those dinners went to the trash. Thanks you little redhead for being so careless and throwing anything into a meal box just to get rid of the small line in drive through. Thumbs down to this. It's better to take time to get orders right than to half put together wrong - dinners, just to be fast! We paid too much money for fresh and correct orders. Got the family dinner I think it was 23.99 plus tax. I 20 23 the wings, legs, thighs were so small they worth eating. The 2 breast was equal to 1.biskets were half backed. The bucket was half full. The food was awful. There sides are half the size. We could fix that amount of food at home for 6.00 dollars. IAM tired of paying the ripoff restaurants a large price for next to nothing food. The only reason food is high. Restaurants and grocery stores want it that way(food city).they do tell lies for a dollar.i urge people not to eat out. Food shop the cheapest place you can. We checked 20 items food city sells. Priceless with there 10 percent mark up when you check out and Food Lion. Food city was 1.50 higher on 9 items and 1.00 higher on 11 items. Food city is a ripoff.bussines and people are going to be in permanent shock many may go insane for the year 2023.and what's coming and it will get worse day after day. I know what's coming but people will not listen. People love to be told what to do. People want to hear lies and being decided. Jesus brought light to the world. People chose darkness. I will tell you what Jesus said. Don't be deceived. Never deny Jesus Christ. Don't take the mark of the beast. Before the end of 2023 you will see it in it's beginning. People need to open their eyes open their ears to the truth. Most People are def and dumb.but not all are. Some people know the truth. Knowing the truth will keep you out of eternity in Hell. Every person will spend eternity in Hell or Heaven. People can not come close to imagine what Hell or Heaven is going to be like.Jesus loves everyone hates sin. Got the $20 fill up..that isn't $20 anymore but I didn't know that they had four(4) different kinds of the $25+tax fill up now. So when I got to order told them I wanted the fill up & they Never asked me which bucket I wanted!! Never even said they're 4 different options to choose from now..when they've always been just one. So they give me what They wanted me to have & of course it wasn't the right one.....after I get home & log onto the website to tell them they only gave me a bucket of bones & no breast. That's when I find out that one of the options I Could have chosen.."if I knew about them'' was 4 breast 3 sides & 4 biscuits. & That IS What I would have taken if I'd known. The point is they didn't ask me which one I wanted so they assumed I wanted the bucket of bones no meat bucket...but I Assumed they Knew I wanted the 4breast bucket...but NOOO!!! Then also came straight home with it..bout 5-6mins top & the bucket of bones was as cold as the damn coleslaw...wth!! The biscuits you could bust a window out with & I have always loved them...even a couple days later. Not these...I didn't like these a couple mins later! And the chicken used to be so good...what the hell happened there??? What little bite of meat I got tasted like frog meat & the rest was bones! Very unsatisfied with the Service...for Not letting me know they changed the menu & not ask which bucket I wanted...and the food... I wouldn't even give the bones to my dog. Last time I'll be back there...
