Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Kingsport

Pal's is ALWAYS AMAZING!! It cracks me up that they don't even have screens to look at, and can STILL get your order correct every time! These other restaurants need to take a note!! BRAVO PAL'S & ALL EMPLOYEES!

...Except the few and far between unfriendly faces at the window that look like someone pulled them in there to work off the street, and forgot that THEY actually applied for that job...🤣 THOSE unfriendly faces need to be elsewhere, other than working with the direct faces of public.

Unfortunately people working the window seemed somewhat putoff by my order which was 3 sauce burgers and a large fry. I was thinking maybe they were short staffed as alot of places are these days or some tragedy had occurred. However when paying for my food I noticed a lot people standing around talking and cutting up and I felt like I was intruding on their conversation. Definitely will not be back. Seems like from my experience that the only Pal's locations that really embrace customer service and hospitality are the Lyn Garden, downtown and fort Henry locations the rest are just like the same old , same old rude entitled people...

Stopped in after grocery shopping ordered 2 sauce burgers with cheese, small fry, and a large sprite. Got home, put groceries up, and sat down to eat my lunch. Mind you I had not eaten anything prior to this. Not long after eating my stomach turned in knots, with sweating and nausea, and of course, everyone knows what comes next. Not sure if it's cross contamination or what. This has happened several other times when eating here especially with the chipped ham and cheese and the hotdogs.
