Pizza Perfect — Restaurant in Kingston Township

My wife and I visited pizza perfect yesterday. We had two friends with us. When the waitress came over I told he this was separate checks. She said ok. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. Onion rings and two orders of the corn nugget things. One of the guy waiters brought our apps. And tried to tell us we ordered cheese sticks we did not.

It took an unusual amount of time for the pizza to arrive, we were told the pizza was burned with half a try not burned. Yeah you could taste it.

And we mentioned several times we we owed the rest of our order. We were told the place was busy, sorry. This was our first visit. No it wasn't very busy.

Then we needed more drinks. Had to ask another server. He sent our server over. At this time we asked for more drinks and the bill.

Half my order was on our friends bill and half of theirs on my bill.

My wife and our friends went up to the counter. They were told your pos mixed things up.

This was the worst visit we have ever had. We have been frequenting pizza perfect for many many years. Again this was the worst visit ever.

Will it stop us from returning? No. But we will remember this event...

We ordered 2 pizzas, one being the white&ham 12 slice, and the other being a chicken wing pizza (mild). We also ordered 2 appetizers, the butter and garlic chicken wings, and the jalapeño poppers. All of the pizzas we ate had real cheese, sauce, and the crust....Amazing! The white&ham lacked a little bit of flavor but wasn’t heavy nor grease at all considering the amount of cheese on the pizza. On the other hand the Chicken wing pizza was phenomenal with flavor! With both pizzas I feel like pointing out the texture and flavor of the crust is a key point of their pizza; It’s not a type of crust you’d feed to your dogs after you finish. Going back to our appetizers, they weren’t anything to special. The wings we had were just okay with flavor but were cooked to perfection, and about the same for the jalapeño poppers. This place is ridiculously overhyped. Definitely group mentality at its finest. Now for an HONEST review : The pizza is so bland. Tasteless, even. I do know that all pizza is greasy to some extent, but this pizza is too greasy. The wings were chewy and fatty. The worst experience by far was our waitress. She did not come back once to check on us, rolled her eyes when we POLITELY requested a refill as she basically dropped our food down in front of us like someone throwing slop down for their dogs. But it was hilarious when it was time to pay the bill… the waitress ran over, eager to take our money because she expected a tip. Well guess what? Terrible service equals no tip! I also think it’s extremely odd that you have to pay the waitress instead of bringing the bill up to the counter… never saw that before, and I don’t like at all.
