This store is the only one in my location. I typically place a mobile order 1-2 times per week. They usually do decent job of getting our order correct. However, over the past 2 months the efficiency of their service has declined. I have started placing my mobile order 20-30 minutes before arriving at the store in attempt to ensure my order is ready when I get there. The past 2 weeks, this has still not been enough time and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes while watching anyone that came to the counter or through the drive thru receive their orders ahead of mine. Today, 45 minutes after placing my order, it was still not being prepared. When I asked the staff if they had my order, they responded that they “probably do but are too busy to check right now” and that they were “a little backed up”. Someone had to come from the back and start doing the front drinks which were already backed up.Tessa was not helping even after seeing there came a rush everyone was waiting and no drinks being made. All she did the whole time is gossip with a customer about being from Detroit and gossip with the other girl with the tattoo in her hand that works there. TheyNEVER once tried to help the girl that came from the back! I travel the US as a truck driver and I have NEVER waited this long for coffee and any other Starbucks everyone is helping not just walking around seeing the girl needed help and did not. I asked Hannah if she could rinse it for me and she asked her colleague to assist her by rinsing the cup. The colleague who had just walked into the drink prep area (Shea) refused. Shea then came to me and said "we don't do that" with no smile and a sharp tone. When I asked if I needed to rinse it on the bathroom, she refused to acknowledge that I had even spoken and walked away. She then went on to be rude to the rest of her teammates. I rinsed the cup in the bathroom. "Shea" was not wearing a name tag and when I asked for her name (repeatedly) she refused to answer everytime.
