I love this place the bread is always so fresh and delicious definitely a 10 as far as quality but customer service needs so work, this is the 2nd time that ive had to return because my order is incomplete. The 1st time I called back letting them know I didn't get all I ordered and the lady told me she forgot a small bag and apologized, ok no big deal. The 2nd time I came back and told this lady "hey yall forgot to give brother the bollios" the lady got super defensive cutting me off not letting me speak telling me my brother needs to pay attention because she did give him the bag and that it's not her fault that he didn't pay attention. I work in the food industry myself and that now how to talk to your customers. How does this happen 2 times? Hole in the wall and out of the way. One of the best hidden gems we've found looking for a REAL PANADERIA. I grew up with a panaderia in Lytle, Texas that is no longer around and the pan here reminds of home and family. I just went with my husband and children! I got some conchas, a concha with sugar on top, and those were soft and delicious 😋 my son got a chocolate chip cookie, loved it, my daughter got a chocolate cupcake she said it was so soft! I got some regular cookies delicious as well! I am super picky with my Mexican bread because I’m so used to my moms homemade conchas but this is definitely a great option when I can’t have hers!
