This place doesn't deserve any star. Before we even sit down, the owner came out while we were parking n told us that we were good but when I asked my husband to park closer so the rear is not all the way out, he told my husband and I that was OK!!! When he asked me to come in he didn't say hi or hello but when my husband came in, he said hello, how you doing senor??? My husband's came right but when I asked about my food, the cook had to get it from the counter. My husband's food came out piping when he gave it to him while my food was not hot @ all. I asked the cooked how long my food was sitting there, he said only a few seconds. That's a lie!!! If it was there for few seconds, how in the world my food is cold when it get it??? U would wonder it's still Hot but it's Not!!! The sauce was too salty. I told my husband that we r not coming back because the owner is a male chauvinist. I know I'm right when he asked my husband what I want. He directed all the questions about me like how's the food and etc to my husband. It's like I'm invisible. The table in front of us was all women but he was chatting and charming with them. If a man was there, the ladies sitting @ that table will also b invisible too!!! It's the 21st century and ladies still have to this kind of crab from restaurant owners/servers. I hope before long, ladies don't have in the world of sexism or prejudice like this!!! Thank u for responding so fast. I don't have an email address. We will b back on Saturday, April 26th @ 3. My bill was $70. If this business is women owned why on earth do u hire someone like that. We want a full refund but I want u to give the tips I gave him...
Read moreI love this restaurant so much I remembered it from going here when I first moved back to the city I had my dog with me and they were happy to accommodate us with him on the patio which was just so incredibly kind of them. I decided to spend my birthday there yesterday and the dog I had brought last time had tragically passed away and I had to get an emotional support German Shepherd, not only did they welcome her but they gave her her own bowl of water and plates And allowed her to join us for my extremely magical birthday dinner to which they brought us an extra big platter of food the amazing gentleman offered to sing to me for my birthday the hostess was absolutely beautiful inside and out I love this place so much it’s incredibly special and their hearts are so incredibly big and obvious that they are some of the kindest brightest shining souls I have ever encountered. Read morePlaza Garcia in Kirkland is a fantastic Mexican restaurant and a go-to spot for us when we’re craving hearty, flavorful meals. We first heard about it from friends who raved about their carne asada, and it truly lives up to the hype. Parking is a bit limited in front of the restaurant, but we’ve always been fortunate enough to find a spot.
The decor is vibrant and authentically Mexican, setting the perfect mood for a delightful dining experience. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes that might take some time to explore if it’s your first visit. While waiting for your meal, you’re served hot, crispy chips and fresh salsa—a great way to start your meal.
The carne asada is the star here, served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, and tortillas. The steak is seasoned and grilled to perfection, and you can enjoy it on its own or wrapped up taco-style with the tortillas. We’ve also tried one of their salads with chicken breast, and the flavor was just as spot-on and satisfying.
Portions are generous, and we often leave feeling full, with leftovers to take home. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food, making it one of the best Mexican spots in the area. Plaza Garcia has become one of our favorite dinner spots, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, authentic...
