Sooooo, I just ordered a pizza. Large Hawaiian, with pepperoni ADDED to one side of the Hawaiian They got the order right, it got here in a timely manner, they were nice on the phone, BUT... the pizza was a soggy mess. I picked up a slice and it just flopped in half. I was surprised. I’ve only had a pizza like this once before. I’m 60. I’ve orderd a lot of pizza in my life time. I looked in the pizza box and it was just FILLED WITH GREASE. At first I thot it was steam that was making the bottom of the box so wet, and the crust so soggy , but it was GREASE! A LOT OF GREASE. My pizza was absolutely dripping with it. I took pictures. In fact it had so much cheese on it, I couldn’t even tell what half was what! Ugh. So I called them and told them about it. I didnt want to have ASK for another BETTER PIZZA, I was HOPING they would OFFER to make me another one. It was only 8 pm. But they didn’t. I explained it wasn’t because it was under cooked. We went back and forth on this topic a few times. But I don’t think he understood. I finally said, it seems U don’t want to fix this situation and I don’t want to have to beg. He said ok have a good nite. He was CLUELESS 😳! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. EVER. But the last pizza I had delivered from a place that starts with a “P” was also a soggy mess, just like this. Is this a new style of pizza? Soggy? God I hope not. Sooooo, sorry to give a bad review. But the was a really bad pizza ! I think maybe ur chef needs some extra attention. Maybe be retrained. Cuz if u keep sending out pizza like this, ur business is going...

I called on a Tuesday night to place a delivery order. We've had their pizza before and they've got a great pizza menu. However, after being quoted an hour for delivery (no biggie), I called after 1 hour and 20 minutes because still no pizza. They said they were busy and that the delivery guy was out with our order, so within 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call again because the child (and us adults) were quite hungry. No answer to multiple calls. Okay, maybe they are super busy. Both my partner and I have worked at pizza places before, so know how it can be, but this was getting ridiculous. So because I live about a 4-5 minute drive away, I decide to just head on down there and see what's happening, considering it's now been TWO HOURS since we placed our order. I arrive and it's literally dead. No active orders are being made, and no phone ringing off the hook. I have to ring the bell to even get the employee's attention because he's in the back playing on his phone. Obviously, he just ignored my phone calls when he saw it was my number on the caller id. So this whole "oh it's busy, that's why it's taking so long for the delivery guy to get there" is also obviously a lie. As I'm there, my partner texts to let me know the pizza has finally arrived – lukewarm. The only thing they offered to make up for it was two cans of soda for free. No thanks. Will never order from there again as they obviously lied about what was going on and didn't care that we had to wait two hours for pizza. Awful customer service and blatant dishonesty. I am so surprised they were delivering tonight! I've been snowed in for 4 days now. Thank you so much for the delivery! I was ready for a phone call saying they wouldn't be able to make it so thank you! This is my first time trying this place. Their food is REALLY good! They are NOT cheap with their product! I appreciate seeing thick fresh mushrooms, thick pieces of meat, tons of fresh basil, and handmade sauce. It would of been nice to have a tiny flavor of yeast in their pizza dough.. for me personally that would just bring the flavor of their pizza a little more home for me.. but that's just me lol. I know the general public doesn't appreciate that. Their meat sauce was a touch too salty tonight but still absolutely amazing! Their sauce has a wonderful aromatic blend that I can tell was personally chosen, and developed, by them. Their handmade ranch is also wonderful. Their ranch has an amazing flavor with a great stiff texture. A place that makes their own product is something I appreciate! Adding their personal touch is a lovely signature that I hardly see anymore. It makes you feel like family cooked dinner for you. They have their swing of making food that makes them unique, and I hope that never changes. They kept their integrity even through the pandemic which I'm sure was not easy! I'm definitely...
