As I read the reviews i want to believe it was just a bad day...First things first....Pico De gallo has to be strained and drained during prep...always...the specialty ground beef tacos were badly stale....like yesterdays shells in yesterdays fry oil, served today in orange ground beef mush...they may have been dressed up neat but i had to send them back...we never do it...they returned 2 out of 3 tacos...there is nothing like the insult of paying to eat an inedible product...you would think that because i was served something unsatisfactory, the right thing to do would be to make things right...not make things spite...furthermore the "spice on the beach margarita" or what ever it wasnt....was not a beverage i was able to muscle out...no flavors just alcohol jalepenos and ice.....its simple...the food is not fresh and the drink is ill prepared. A strong drink is fantastic! But its gotta taste good and you gotta be able to swallow it......Presentation only gets you to the first bite and or sip...17% for the waitress because we are good people... No honor in making a scene or expressing displeasure as it only continues to stagnate an already uncomfortable experience...Adios...locos cocos......no bueno!!! 👎
And this response from the owner down below explains it all........sounds more to me like an owner of a business that sends you back 2 out 3 tacos out of spite...and continues to prove not only a growing consistency of poor review but terrible action toward response to it.....makes it hard to support your loco business when they insinuate its a customers fault for bringing in their family and trusting that if something went wrong with the food or service it would be corrected and any feed back would be accepted in a manner that improves quality...if this was PERSONAL in the way that you are insinuating, i assure you there wouldnt be any sounding or questioning about it. It would be delivered personally.
Poop doesnt know poop stinks...and its not likely to change any time soon..........our family will begin to rely more reviews and the responses......sort of like ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇

Read moreFirst let me say that since I have moved from Mass. to NH. I have not found any good Mexican food. Ive looked, tried every single place around my area and they all suck. Nothing was like back in Mass. I gave up. So one day I see an ad for Loco Coco's on FB and I say, wth, I'll try it. So I went. The left side is full service. The right is, idk how to word it, partial service. You order, they give you a number card and they will bring the food to you but you have to go up and get your own cutlery, napkins etc. So I went to the right. The kitchen staff were all super friendly the choices on the menu were plentiful. I had a little hope. I ordered a chicken taco, a chicken tostada, a steak burrito, and a chicken tamale. I also got a naranja Jarrito! (They have Jarritos!!) I went and sat down. The girl brought out my foods and they all looked good. Generous portion sizes without going overboard. I tried the tostada first and OMG WOAH!!! It was awesome, just like the places back home!! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor, GRILLED meat, NOT stewed, I was in tostada heaven. I must have looked like I was starving because I wolfed that thing down in like 5 seconds. Lol. Next was the chicken taco .. Again .. Outstanding!! Perfect flavor, the tortilla not soggy, just perfect. Again, ate that thing in 5 seconds. My friend got the burrito but I had a bite and that too was crazy good. Ad I said above, GRILLED meat .. Perfect flavor. Last was the tamale. Now, ive had tamales, all kinds, so I knew what I was getting but was it gonna be good? Not everyone can make a tamale. So I unwrapped it from the corn husk, and YASSSS ... OMG!!.Sooooo damn good!! Perfect consistancy, not too dry or soggy. Good flavor on the chicken. This food was so outstanding that my friend ordered another burrito, this time a chicken and that too was on point. I ordered 6 more tamales to go. It was THAT AMAZING! This is my new place away from home. I will be gladly driving the 20 min to get here and make a pig out...
Read moreExtremely overpriced bland Mexican food. I paid $12 for a burrito not much larger than a Taco Bell stuffed burrito, and the meat was burned. When I complained about that, I was told that's the way it's supposed to be, and that a lot of people like it that way. Since there was not much else in the burrito (except French fries...gross!), pretty much all I could taste was charred bits of dried-out meat. I would have thought it was a one-off, and probably wouldn't have been AS upset (remember, we are talking about a $12 smallish burrito!), except for the fact that the employee blew off my concerns and dissatisfaction with the burrito's condition. In addition, the burrito was advertised as coming with "avocado sauce", which I assumed was like guacamole, but turns out is a runny, vinegar-y sauce (which is available on their condiment table, and so adds no value to the price of the meal). Seeing as how this French fry burrito is, by the restaurant's own admission, their absolute bestseller, I am obviously in the minority, but this is my second time visiting there (the first time was with a large party), and both visits were very underwhelming experiences, where I was definitely treated as an outsider (most of the clientele appeared to be local). Maybe since I am from a town with a majority hispanic population I am more accustomed to genuine Mexican food (and quality and value), but this is definitely my last visit to...
