I just want to say thank you for the opportunity to work at your job I loved working there but also I didn't realize when I broke my foot in July 2022 I had an ortho in a cast for 14 weeks October 28th it came off kept complaining about it so I went for a second opinion which happened to be during my hirement and come to find out my foot has been fractured and I've been walking on it since the end of October. I completely understand why you terminated me for something that I didn't even know that was going to happen. I'm only writing this review to say that as an amazing company and things that are out of someone's control Thought you would be a more heartfelt company. The smoothies taste good but the wait time was abysmal. It took ~25 min for our smoothie to come out. A friend ordered an açaí bowl and after another 15 min of waiting, we couldn’t stay longer and he canceled his order.

If the prep time is known to be long, it would be helpful to set expectations appropriately. Tell people up front that the ETA is longer, rather than saying “it’ll be right out” and continuously promising...

For juice- sure. For food-no. We ordered an açaí bowl and we told 9-10 minutes. That’s fine. After 15 minutes and a BUNCH of other people had arrived and we receiving smoothies, I went up and asked about the bowl. They said it was being worked on at that moment. Nope.
