I'm really easy to please with food. Like I don't even complain when I get the wrong food. But this place was terrible at everything. Layout, menu placement, workers having attitude and were absolutely rude when I asked simple basic questions. They asked me what do I want on my hot dog, and all of the six pans on their cold line had stainless lids with no labels, and the worker didn't say anything like " we have x y z toppings". They just stared at me with a look of annoyance. Nobody could speak up, and general service was apathetic at best.

Fountain soda machine was out of ice, no straws in sight.

Cashier wasn't clear with her communication.

I've seen concession stands ran by teenagers better than this place.

No AC, and doors propped open for all the flys to buzz in. Which if they had air curtains it wouldn't be a huge ordeal.

Food was of gas station quality. I expected high prices but 17 buc for a prepackaged...

This “cafe” is a joke. Paid $32 for 2 pulled pork sandwiches, 2 fountain drinks and, basically, a half order of fries. Root beer fountain was out, informed the ONE guy doing double duty as catchier and food prep to which he said “yeah, well I guess you will have to pick another drink” - move to the coke, and it was empty as well. Told the guy to which he replied yeah we just haven’t had time to switch it you’ll just have to grab a can out of the cooler” Then WHY are you allowing people to purchase fountain drinks to begin with???!! Women’s bathroom was a mess, toilet paper out, no paper towels, remnants of paper towels all over the floor. Sky high processing the gift shop- which can be usual but $36 for a CHEAPLY made thin tee-shirt? Really? Come for the views of the park and lake but buy souvenirs and food...

We spent $120 for dinner for 5 and was worse service and food we’ve eaten in a Long time! Pulled pork was tough and cold with no bread and the five vegetable melody was frozen corn, the soup was cold, French fries cold. Fish and chips were ok but I had to ask several times to get tarter sauce because they ran out of lemons, I got vinegar in cheap plastic packets. To top it off, service was Awful! Girls doing cooking we’re rude when I asked for things that they Didn’t serve us in first place, we’re more interested in their own conversation of what they were doing after work. Way overpriced for what we got. Skip if your on a budget, if your looking for a nice sit down restaurant or if your looking for quality food or if your...

Apart from the very good brisket chili, everything here was perfectly mediocre stadium food: we got both the bean and beef chilis, fries, chicken tenders, and nachos. And two gatorades. About $60 Ordered at 2 PM and they were already out of the wraps and sandwiches Up in Crater Lake they are one of the only food spots, so we’re a captive audience. The line was long and took about 30 minutes to place our order. Not enough places to sit, but we went upstairs to an area with old chairs and a musty carpet. Felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. Crater Lake is absolutely stunning in every which way, but very disappointed in the food they sell.

What a great place to stop, enjoy the views, eat and load up on souvenirs!! I loved this little shop!! So much to choose from! It is a bit pricey, but understandably! There's an outside seating to enjoy your meal. They're are restrooms just around the corner from the shop. People had their dogs with around the area too. You can walk to the Rim Village Visitor center and to Crater lodge from here. It's a nice walk around the whole area. It does get pretty crowded, especially on holiday weekend! We went on labor day, which means VERY LONG LINES! But we got there early so we didn't have to wait. But on the way out, the lines were ridiculously long.

The shop opens at 9 AM and has 2 washrooms. There are 2 more washrooms available in the parking lot outside the gift shop. The shop houses a great collection of items like hoodies, beautiful accessories, coffee mugs, tumblers, magents, soft toys, caps, hats, can openers, socks, hiking poles, carry bags, fanny bags, sweatshirts and much more. The top floor has a seating place for dining and is very spacious. There is a fuel station 6mi away and has cheap fuel available at $3.86/gallon.
