Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Knox

I called for a pizza at 7:20 pm. I was assured it would be delivered in 30-40 mins. I live a block and a half away. I called again at 8:20 to see what was going on. The girl said "it's out for delivery with three other orders". I asked if it was going to be hot. Her response was non-committal and she said "sorry". The pizza arrived at 8:45. the young man was courteous. I checked and the pizza was cold. I asked the delivery driver to check it as well "there's not much warmth" was his reply. I paid and tipped him. After reheating it in the microwave, the pizza was ok. Very bad first experience. I will order again but if it's a similar experience, It will be...

Serive was awful . waited over an hour and my food still wasnt ready. I was rold 4 times while I waited just 10 more minutes. When I said i wanted a refund they said well your food is coming if you would just be patient. I told them i was and wanted my money back now. They refunded my money but that was not the point, I was told 20 minutes and waited well over an hour past my time I was told. There were 8 people working in the kitchen as well so they were not short on employees. I like Fox's pizza but will avoid this...
