Called to place a delivery order and was told it would be a 2 hour wait, in which I clearly and cheerfully said that would be fine. The rep then proceeded to say things like, “Well, I wouldn’t want you to wait that long… we have like 10 orders ahead of you… we don’t have enough drivers .. you can pick up so we don’t have to drive to you…the pizza won’t be cold but it won’t be hot either… ”- giving me the clear impression that this person was way too busy and didn’t want me to place an order. I commented (sarcastically but still jovial) that they were doing a “great job” selling their pizza to me, and the rep replied rather smugly, “Well, I’m just brutally honest with people”… To which I then reiterated how I clearly and point-blank said from the top of the entire conversation that a 2 hour delivery WAS fine. Then, the person abruptly and begrudgingly said, “fine, what do you want to order..”. So, I replied that since they’re too busy to be professional, then I’d go ahead and do them a favor and go to Papa John’s instead.
It’s obviously what that person wanted, but it’s also the dummest thing to make customers who are willing to patiently and cheerfully wait (with zero complaints about it) feel like they’re bugging you by still wanting to give you literal money, despite. Really dumb! But suit yourself, rude Pizza Hut rep! ...
Read moreThis is my family of fives normal go to pizza place! But the experience I had last night has unfortunately changed my mind on ordering from here ever again. I placed a order online for a big dinner box and sent my husband to pick it up came back and one of the pizzas was wrong no big deal it happens. Went back to get it fixed and they remade the one pizza that was wrong. Came back warmed up the pizza that was correct for my kids cause theirs were correct. Me and my husband went to get a slice of our specialty pizza and it was raw. Dough and Vegetables was not cooked at all. We was deciding to just put it in our oven and finish cooking the pizza and just call and let them know. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. At this point getting upset, so I turned my oven off and brought back our raw pizza to the store. Went thru the drive thru and the girl running the window showed little to no interest in trying to apologize or fix the not only once but twice mess up. Got yet another remake and by the time I got home my kids have already ate and I was no longer hungry. I'm 100% positive a manager was not present last night because as a manager you should take control of issues like that and if there was a manager there then the district manager needs to take action and fix the issues in that store! Read moreRealizing of course that we don't live in a perfect world and my wife and I both having worked in Restaurant Management for years it really takes a lot for us to consider it a bad experience if the rest have been anywhere from good to great, that being said , the experience that we had at this location on Saturday March 12th was one of the worst that we have had anywhere, we tried to voice our concerns and were treated very rudely all the way from the order taking to the on-site attempt at trying to have the issue resolved.....In short , it was a horrible experience , they couldn't have been to busy to have done a better job as when we pulled onto the lot there was a employee outside the door smoking and one behind the counter eating and the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to us ,instead sending a employee out who was also very rude , so we just told them to cancel the order and went to another location as we Love Pizza Hut, The experience there was Great and we probably wont be going back to that location for a while if...
